Overland Park City Clerk Elizabeth Kelley has been selected as the 2026 Mildred Vance City Clerk/Finance Officer of the Year for the State of Kansas. This prestigious honor was announced at the City Clerks and Municipal Finance Officers Association (CCMFOA) Spring Conference, held Thursday, March 12, in Manhattan, Kansas.
