HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS:  A block of sleeping rooms for participants is reserved at the Wichita Airport Hilton Inn, 2098 Airport Rd., Wichita, KS 67209. Room rates are $99 plus state and local taxes for single or double occupancy. Please make your reservation directly with the hotel by calling the Reservation Desk at (316) 945-5272. Identify yourself as being with the “City Clerks” when making your reservation. If your room reservation is not received by October 11, 2010, availability cannot be guaranteed.  Check-in time is 4 p.m.
